  Forest Permission Request Letter This documentation is evidence of a location permission request letter. This is evidence that I have contacted the owner of that land that I want to film in and have requested permission to film. At this point I have not yet received permission to film in these locations but have requested it. Before a film producer gets permission to film in a location, they  have to  request permission. A film producer only requests permission if they know that is the location, they want to film in. The know this from sourcing locations and creating a location recce and risk assessment for potential filming locations. This evidence proves that I am legally allowed to film in my chosen location - a house.  Evidence that a film producer is allowed to film in a location is needed because it is illegal to film without it and film makers can get arrested or have to face consequences if they get caught filming in a location without permission. Despite it being illegal to film without permission, some film makers do it anyway in hopes of not getting caught and sometimes it turns out successful for the film producer. However, the risk is quite high does not always pay off for some film makers. It is risk-free and better to gain a location permit or permission to film in a location.
