Cast and Crew Contact Details

This documentation is evidence of a cast and crew contact details list. This list is necessary for a film producer for easily contacting members of the cast and crew. It is useful if you are in an emergency or a cast and crew member doesn't show up or the shooting schedule changes etc, this way instead of spending time trying to find the right information for different people by going through your emails and documentations you can just look at this list. Film producers also create a list of cast and crew contact details to ensure that everyone has shown up, everyone is where they need to be and that no one has illegally broken into a set or location. I have completed my list of cast and crew contact details in a table because it is an organised way of displaying information and can easily be read when necessary. If I had not displayed to information in an organised way then I may find it difficult to understand and find the details that I need, this could lead to contacting a wrong person or not being aware when someone hasn't shown up to filming or are in the wrong place/ doing the wrong thing. This documentation impacts my final production because I cannot successfully create a good quality film if I cannot easily contact my cast and crew. This is because when filming if my schedule changes or someone doesn't show up or I do not know what team a crew member is apart of, I will find it difficult to stay organised and reach different people without a list with contact details and an organised way of sorting different people into groups of what team they are apart of. My documentation is professional and industry standard. It includes the same information professional film makers would include in their lists, but however, is not as large as a professional film producers list's would be because my film is has a smaller budget and is smaller scale.
